Overview
Balduins Box is a non-profit association that helps relatives of the deceased to overcome their grief. For this purpose, the association sends boxes to volunteers who customize them and give them to mourners to help them cope with their loss.
The previous website had several problems. The donation function was not prominently featured and was difficult to locate. The design was outdated and did not work well on mobile devices. As a result, it was difficult or impossible for must users to send a grief box, and many potential donors couldn’t complete the donation process.

Result
A clear and appealing website design is essential for delivering a good user experience. To address the issues Balduins Box was facing, we created a new UX/UI design that is clear and appealing. In addition to a fresh look, we added new features and functionality that make it easier for our customers to find what they need.
